Bormashop.co.uk accepts orders for delivery in the Italian territory, the European Community and non-European countries.

The invoice for orders delivered by courier is printable and downloadable online directly in the Customer's reserved area. No change in the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.

The shipping fee, to be added to the price of the products purchased, is calculated automatically by the system.

The Customer is required to check, upon receipt, if the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the transport document, if the packaging is intact, and if the product delivered to him complies with the order placed; the Customer must sign the delivery note indicating "subject to control over the integrity of the products", if this does not happen, the Customer will not be able to contest, after delivery, the external non-conformity of the ordered product and its quantity. < / p>

Without this implying any constraints for Bormawachs UK (BWS Ltd), the goods are delivered within approximately 7 working days of sending the order confirmation, always after verifying the regularity of the payment and the execution of the same. In the case of orders with payments other than advance bank transfer where they are received by Bormawachs UK (BWS Ltd) reports of payment anomalies such as for example the mismatch of the name of the registered subject and the holder of the credit card, the products are delivered within 7 working days starting from the verification of the regularity of the payment or in any case starting from the end of the checks that will be necessary to ascertain the regularity of the payment. In the event that the products have not been delivered after 15 working days from the sending of the order confirmation, the Customer can send an email to info@bormashop.co.uk with the subject "non-delivery" and indicating the order number and any notes. After receiving the e-mail and after the appropriate research, Bormawachs UK (BWS Ltd) will contact the Customer within 2 working days for a solution to the problem or for an explanation of the reasons for the non-fulfillment of the order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Bormawachs UK (BWS Ltd) recognizes the possibility of returning the goods, within two days of delivery, for discrepancies with respect to what was ordered and / or for defects in the product.

For the return it will be necessary to contact Bormawachs UK (BWS Ltd) by email info@bormashop.co.uk or by sending a fax to +39 0421 951900.

The communication must specify which products will be returned, the date of purchase, and the method of re-credit chosen.

The cost of the return shipment will be borne by the customer and will be managed by a special carrier appointed by Bormawachs UK (BWS Ltd). The cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the payment for the cancellation of the returned goods.

The product, with everything originally contained, must be packed with the original cartons (plastic wrapping, tags ...) in order to protect them from damage and sent to Bormawachs UK (BWS Ltd).

Return requests will not be accepted after two days of delivery.

The refund will be made by bank transfer or by credit card cancellation, within 10 working days of receiving the goods.
