The following General Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products that appear on the website bormashop.co.uk (hereinafter: SITE) owned by the company B.P.S. srl

For purchases made by customers who are traders, wholesalers, retailers, professionals and who purchase for non-personal use, the purchase operations will be governed by the rules of the Civil Code.

B.P.S. srl offers the products for sale on the site and carries out e-commerce activities exclusively to subjects who have reached the age of 18 (or who are in any case of age), in possession of the ability requirements to access and enter into binding contracts and have an address and valid email.

B.P.S. srl reserves the right not to process orders from subjects who do not meet the requirements referred to in the previous points.

ARTICLE 3 - METHOD OF PURCHASE

Purchases of available products, as illustrated and described online in the relevant pages, are made by the Customer at the current price indicated, including taxes and duties that may vary depending on the country of destination of the Product or legislative changes in progress, plus shipping costs.

Before confirming the purchase, the customer will be summarized the unit cost of each product chosen, the total order line, the total cost of the order in case of purchase of multiple products.

The Customer, after completing his purchase order, will receive a first e-mail message where B.P.S. srl merely communicates that it has received the order, indicating its number; in the following days, and indicatively in the two following working days even if this time indication is not binding, B.P.S. srl will send another email to the Customer to communicate acceptance of the order, confirming the dispatch of the product (s) to the address indicated and providing the user with a forecast of delivery times. Upon receipt of the emails, the Customer can verify the correctness of the data and products purchased and possibly report and / or request information within the personal area.

Orders can have these states:

- CONFIRMED: the order has been completed by the Customer and the payment has been verified. In case of non-authorization by the international banking circuit, the order is automatically canceled;

- WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION: the order is waiting to be verified by the B.P.S. srl (immediate availability or in stock);

- SHIPPED: the products related to the order have been delivered to the courier carrying out the transport.
